Appetizers

  • Side Salad (GF) - A blend of mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and cheddar jack cheese.  Served with your choice of dressing.
  • Cup of Soup - Soup of the day.
  • Bruschetta - "Caprese" style with roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil. Served on a garlic crostini with balsamic glaze.

Entrées

  • Reuben (GF) - Braised corned beef brisket on grilled pumpernickel rye bread with Swiss cheese, 1000 Island, and Wisconsin kraut.
  • Graystone Burger (GF) - Signature burger with melted Swiss, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, topped with white onions, sliced and fried.
  • Oriental Salad (GF) - A whole chicken breast, marinated in a Thai chili sauce broiled and fanned over a blend of fresh shredded purple cabbage. Blended with carrots, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, red peppers, green onion, and mandarin oranges. Tossed in a light soy ginger sauce and topped with toasted sriracha peanuts.

  • Chocolate Lava Cake (GF) - A flourless rich cake oozing warm chocolate.
  • Bread Pudding - A homemade classic with a butterscotch twist. Served warm and topped with a vanilla cream sauce.
