  • Bruschetta - Grilled crostini topped with fresh mozzarella, a blend of tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic. Drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar.
  • Ahi Tuna - Mediterranean peppercorn encrusted tuna seared rare. Served with a side of soy ginger dipping sauce and wasabi.
  • Crab Cake - Freshly made lump crab cake, seared to perfection. Lightly drizzled with homemade remoulade sauce and a side of cajun slaw.

  • 6 oz. Filet Mignon - Fork tender and melts in your mouth
  • Salmon - Grilled Norwegian salmon with choice of lemon butter or bourbon glaze.
  • Garlic Rosemary Chicken - Grilled marinated boneless breast with seasoned mushrooms. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed asparagus.
