Appetizers

  • Loaded Avocado - Ripe avocado filled with house made shrimp ceviche and three flat tostones (plantain chips) topped with more ceviche and avocado. Finished with smoked olive oil.
  • Aritchoke Dip - Roasted jalapeño peppers, spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses. Served with blue corn chips.
  • Liver Pate - Liver puréed with sautéed shallots and port red wine. Served with warm bread.

Entrées

  • Mango Salad - Mixed organic greens, mango, pear, and garden veggies tossed with a mango pomegranate vinaigrette. Topped with pan fried pork.
  • Asiago Pasta - Pappardelle pasta mixed with peppers and onions in a homemade creamy asiago sauce. All finished with a splash of white wine.
  • Cuban Panini - Roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on a French baguette. Served with organic blue chips.

  • Homemade Tiramisu - Lady fingers soaked in espresso, Baily's, Caffe Lolita, and layered with a creamy mascarpone cream. Topped with shaved chocolate.
