Appetizers

  • Smoked Beef Bruschetta - Shaved smoked ponderosa beef on grilled bread, with horseradish cream, puntanesca, and fresh arugula.
  • Chilled Potato and Leek Soup - Topped with crispy fried potatoes and dill oil.
  • Salad of Local Greens - Shaved summer squash, tomatoes, and roasted cauliflower. Tossed in a charred onion and fresh herb vinaigrette.

Entrées

  • Jamaican BBQ Beef Sliders - Two sliders topped with three-pepper cheddar and pickled vegetable slaw. Served with fries.
  • Turkey on Baguette - Shaved smoked turkey breast on French baguette with bacon, spinach, and whipped goat cheese with caramelized leeks, pickled tomatoes, and fresh thyme. Served with fries.
  • Ponderosa Burger - 1/4 lb. Ponderosa beef patty served on a brioche bun, topped with homestead cheddar, house made sriracha sauerkraut, pickles, and aioli.
