  • Baked Grouper - Hand-dipped in sour cream, parmesan cheese, basil, and coated with seasoned bread crumbs. Served with lemon beurre blanc sauce.
  • Door County Whitefish (GF) - Fresh from local waters, this broiled fish is light and flaky and a local favorite.
