  • Three Cheese Mushroom Soup - Portobello and button mushrooms with brie, asiago and parmesan cheese.

  • Vegetable Pizza - Tomato, basil, peppers, mozzarella and asiago cheese and red sauce on a cauliflower crust.
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich - Pulled pork, fig mustard BBQ sauce and spicy slaw on a Brioche bun served with roasted parmesan potato medley.

  • Prosciutto Chicken - Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, pistachios, spinach, button mushrooms, prosciutto and bacon, cream pan sauce, cauliflower rice, truffle risotto and asparagus with balsamic reduction.
