  • Bruschetta - Diced tomatoes, red onion, basil, garlic and olive oil served on a crostini.
  • Shrimp Cucumber Cup - Seared shrimp, herbed cream cheese on a sliced cucumber.
  • Berry Salad - Mixed fresh berries, feta cheese, and spring mix tossed with white balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Caprese Salad - Burrata mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and spring mix topped with balsamic vinaigrette .

  • Shrimp Zucchini Alfredo - Zucchini noodles & our creamy alfredo sauce topped with shrimp, parmesan cheese & roasted red peppers.
  • Thai Peanut Sauté - Chicken breast, broccoli, pea pods, scallions, yellow & red peppers in peanut sauce with jasmine rice, spinach, peanuts & almonds.
