Appetizers

  • Three Cheese Mushroom Soup - Portobello and button mushrooms with brie, asiago and parmesan cheese.
  • Salmon Cakes - House-made salmon cakes with arugula, lemon oil, and tarter aioli.
  • Roasted Beet Salad - Roasted beets, fennel, and feta served on arugula with an orange vinaigrette.

Entrées

  • Thai Peanut Sautee - Chicken breast, broccoli, pea pods, scallions, yellow, and red peppers in peanut sauce with jasmine rice, spinach, peanuts, and almonds.
  • Lobster Roll - New England style roll served with slightly spicy seafood lobster salad with kettle chips.
  • Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs - Waseda Farms beef and pork meatballs over creamed spaghetti squash, fresh basil, and red sauce with a dollop of ricotta and parmesan.

  • Lemon Sorbet - Lemon sorbet served with blueberry reduction.
  • Salt Caramel Cheesecake - Cheesecake topped with salted caramel swirl.
