  • Pasta Salad - Chef's choice freshly prepared pasta salad.

Entrées

  • Reuben Sandwich (GF) - House braised corned beef brisket on grilled pumpernickel rye with Jarlsburg cheese, thousand island dressing and Hagemeister kraut.
  • Turkey Deli Wrap (GF) - Oven roasted turkey, applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, cheddar jack cheese and ranch mayo.
  • CBLT (GF) - Whole grilled chicken breast topped by applewood-smoked bacon, choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and maple bacon aioli. Served on a Brioche bun.

  • Bruschetta - Served "Caprese" style with roma tomato, fresh mozzarella cheese and basil. Served on a garlic crostini with balsamic glaze.
  • Spinach and Artichoke Dip - House made spinach and artichoke dip served with our freshly-fried pita chips.
  • Deep-Fried Shrimp - Breaded and deep-fried fantail shrimp served with a cocktail dipping sauce.

Entrées

  • Grilled Tenderloin (GF) - A 10 oz. tenderloin grilled to temperature, served with asparagus and roasted fingerling potatoes.
  • New Orleans Salmon - An 8 oz. blackened salmon filet topped with sautéed shrimp and cajun creole sauce. Served over a bed of wild rice.
  • Braised Pork Shank - A 12 oz. roasted pork shank over mashed potatoes and finished with a rich demi glaze.
