Appetizers

  • Chili con Queso - Our most popular appetizer. A blend of spices in a creamy two-cheese dip. Served with tortilla chips.
  • Bean Dip - Pinto beans topped with a layer of burrito sauce, diced onions and cheese then baked in our oven.
  • Ceviche - Seasoned pieces of cod cured in citrus juice and sliced green olives. Served with chips and saltine crackers.
  • Guacamole - Well-known avocado based dip with spices.

Entrées

  • Combination Dinner - Beef burrito, chicken taco and beef taco with rice and beans.
  • Fajitas - Choice of sirloin steak, grilled chicken breast or portobello mushroom with rice and beans. Comes with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, black olives, sour cream, guacamole and warm flour tortillas (soft corn tortillas upon request).
  • Pina Pastor - A seasoned blend of ancho chili, chocolate, cinnamon and fresh pineapple sautéed with tender strips of pork, onions and peppers, served in a lightly grilled pineapple bowl with Mexican rice, beans and warm flour tortillas.
  • Blackened Shrimp Tacos - Three blackened shrimp tacos served on soft flour or corn tortillas. Topped with shredded romaine cilantro slaw, queso fresco cheese and a remoulade sauce. Served with fresh lemon and pico de gallo. Plated with rice and beans.

Desserts

  • Tres Leche Cake - Also called “Three Milk Cake”. A dense, moist cake made with a blend of whole, evaporated and condensed milk and topped with a cloud of whipped cream. Your taste buds will thank you.

  • Sopapillas - A lighter version of traditional Southwestern sopappilas. Fried flour tortillas chips drizzled with honey and a touch of powdered sugar and cinnamon and topped with dollops of whipped cream. Light and refreshing.

  • Deep Fried Ice Cream - Ice cream rolled in a blend of corn flake crumbs and crushed almonds. Topped with your choice of syrup, whipped cream and slivered almonds.

  • Helado Con Kahlua - Vanilla or chocolate ice cream with our homemade Kahlua cream sauce and slivered almonds.
