Appetizers

  • Beer Mac and Cheese - A creamy classic, featuring our 5-cheese blend of smoked gouda, Wisconsin cheddar, monterey jack, and our parmesan and asiago blend, and finished with amber ale. Topped with scallions and bacon.
  • Bruschetta - Crostini topped with pistachio pesto, tomato, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic reduction.
  • Bourbon Shrimp - Crostini topped with grilled jumbo shrimp, bourbon butter, corn salsa, remoulade, scallions, and lime zest.

Entrées

  • Chicken and Waffles - Belgian pearl sugar waffles, topped with a Southern-fried chicken breast, Bourbon-infused Wisconsin-sourced maple syrup, chili oil, and candied walnuts.
  • Vegan “Scallops” - A vegan take on our house specialty. Trumpet mushroom slices with a roasted red pepper puree, cilantro and yellow bell pepper pesto, lemon ginger gastrique, and lemon zest. Served with spinach-polenta cakes.
  • Crab Cake Dinner - Fried Maryland crab cake with citrus micro salad, served with a side of remoulade, smoked gralic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots.

  • Berry Cheesecake - New York Style Cheesecake topped with berry compote.
  • Caramel Cheesecake - New York Style Cheesecake topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
