  • Chicken and Waffle - Belgian pearl sugar waffles, topped with a boneless Southern-fried chicken thigh, Bourbon-infused maple syrup, hot sauce and candied walnuts.
  • Vegan “Scallops” - Trumpet mushroom slices with a roasted red pepper puree, pesto and lemon ginger gastrique. Served with spinach-polenta cakes. (GF, V)
