  • Reuben Roll Bites - Everything you love about the reuben in a bitesize package. Served with 1000 Island Dressing.
  • Fried Scray's Cheese Curds - Locally sourced from Scray's Cheese in De Pere.
  • Shrimp & Crab Dip - A guest favorite. Features cream cheese, shrimp, and crab. Served with ciabatta. (Substitute Gluten Free Bread for an upcharge)
  • Black Bean Hummus - Vegetarian hummus served with chips, celery, and carrots. (GF) (V)

Entrées

  • Chicken and Waffle - Fried chicken breast, Belgian pearl sugar waffles, Bourbon maple syrup, hot sauce, and candied walnut. 
  • Pan-Seared Pork Cutlet - Pan-seared pork cutlet with dirty rice, broccolini, and a Bourbon apple glaze.
  • Mushroom "Scallops" - Trumpet mushrooms, sliced with roasted red pepper puree, pesto, and lemon-ginger gastrique. Served with polenta cake. (GF)

  • Berry Cheesecake - Cheesecake topped with berry compote.
  • Caramel Cheesecake - Cheesecake topped with Bourbon-caramel sauce and candied walnuts.
  • Flourless Chocolate Torte - Flourless Chocolate Torte topped with Bourbon-caramel sauce. Remove caramel sauce to be gluten free. (GF)
