Appetizers

  • Nicky's Homemade Onion Rings - Signature onion rings, freshly hand-breaded and lightly fried. House specialty is served with a tangy southwestern horseradish sauce.
  • Cup of Nicky's Chili - Special spices, lean ground beef, onion and tomato in this rich and hearty chili. Served over spaghetti noodles.
  • Chicken Quesadilla - Chunks of chicken, green chilies, mild red chile sauce and a blend of 3 cheeses grilled and served with homemade salsa.

Entrées

  • Nicky's Thick Cuban - Tender seasoned 14-hour slow-roasted pork, smoked ham with Swiss cheese on a toasted herb ciabatta bun. Finished with Cuban sauce and dill pickles. Includes seasoned french fries.
  • Green Bay Burger - Char-broiled to perfection and served with choice of Cheddar or American cheese. With everything means ketchup, pickles, onion and a pat of Wisconsin butter. Includes seasoned french fries.
  • Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad - Crispy chicken on a bed of crisp iceburg lettuce and wild field greens with red ripe tomato, cucumber, applewood smoked bacon and Wisconsin cheddar jack cheese. Served with ranch dressing and a parmesan dusted rosemary garlic bread stick.

  • Olive Bread - Crusty and chewy ciabatta bread and top it with delicious olive tapenade then smother it with mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Lobster Enchiladas Vera Cruz - Twin soft flour tortillas stuffed with lobster chunks, seafood, fire roasted red pepper, and melted Monterey Jack cheese topped with homemade avocado tomatillo sauce. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
  • Grilled Orange Teriyaki Salmon - North Atlantic salmon basted in a sweet orange teriyaki glaze and served over cilantro feta rice pilaf. Served with steamed vegetable du jour.
