Appetizers

  • Smoked Chicken Garlic Parmesan Fries - Hand cut fries tossed with garlic parmesan topped with smoked chicken, bacon, banana peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  • Haystack Onion Rings - Thinly sliced onions dusted with Parker John's signature blend of flour and spices, fried to golden brown and served with house made buttermilk ranch.
  • Cheese Curds - Local Scray Cheese Curds hand-breaded with panko bread crumbs, garlic and parsley. Fried to melt in your mouth perfection and served with house made buttermilk ranch.

Entrées

  •  Smoked Chicken Club - Smoked chicken lightly breaded and topped with Swiss cheese and bacon. Served on a toasted Manderfields ciabatta bun. Served with choice of a side.
  • Burnt End Sandwich - Double smoked brisket and pork simmered in our Kansas City BBQ piled on a toasted Manderfields ciabatta bun. Served with choice of a side.
  • Brisket Bacon Cheddar Sandwich - Freshly sliced brisket topped with cheddar cheese and smoked bacon, drizzled with our PJ's signature sauce. Served on a fresh Manderfield's ciabatta bun. Comes with one side.

  •  Banana Pudding - A banana pudding shooter served with a caramelized banana, vanilla wafer and whipped cream.
  • Stuffed Cookie Sundae - Stuffed cookies served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
